Lee Master Tech Award

In 2013 Lee Greenwood was the first of our Technician to qualify as Master Technician and was presented with a bottle of celebratory champagne by Graham Lane, Warwick Kia aftersales manager. Lee has worked hard over the last three years attending courses at the Kia National Training Centre at Nottingham as well as completing numerous tests and evaluations on line to achieve the highest level possible. He was one of the first technicians to attain this level with Kia in this area and his knowledge and abilities are in use every day. Lee has been with the dealership for almost all his working career and previously achieved Master Technician status with us within the Saab franchise. He effectively mentors other members of staff within the service department and it is with his help we are proud to have three Master Technicians now. With this level of dedication, experience and technical ability within the team it’s hardly surprising that Warwick have consistently been in the top ten Kia Dealers nationwide for Aftersales Customer satisfaction.


Ben Worrall Master Tech Award

In early 2014 Ben Worrall also achieved Master Technician status and was pleased to receive his celebratory bottle of champagne from Graham Lane. Ben has also been with the dealership for almost all his working career and like Lee, worked with us within the Saab franchise. 

Master Tech Award

Dennis Sutton has made it a Hat Trick for Warwick Kia after qualifying as Master Technician with Kia Motors UK. Dennis who joined Warwick Kia in 2011 is the third of our technicians to achieve this level and is pictured here receiving a congratulatory bottle of Champagne from Paul Philpott, President and CEO of Kia Motors UK.

Warwick Kia are delighted to be the only Kia Dealership in the South of the UK to have three Master Technicians available to work on our customers vehicles and thus assure them that it is carried out to the highest standard possible. We are committed to providing a premier customer service and believe that an excellent standard of training for all our staff is key in achieving this. 

MORE TRAINING AWARDS FOR WARWICK KIA

In 2014 were delighted to announce that we now have three staff trained to Master Technician level. This month we have had four more of our colleagues achieve Silver training level for their roles.

Tony Richards for sales management, and Matt Cardwell for sales executive as well as Graham Lane for aftersales management and Mark Lane for service advisor duties.

Each of them completed online and instructor based training at Kia’s national training headquarters, followed by comprehensive assessments.

Warwick Kia are committed to providing excellent customer service and the level of training and coaching with all of its staff is testament to this belief.
