Hello and welcome to Wessex Garages. Buying a vehicle is probably one of the most important purchases you will make but we recognise it can often be a fraught and frustrating experience. Our goal is to make this experience a pleasurable one, which you will remember positively and want to recommend Wessex Garages to friends and family. This extends beyond the purchase itself and throughout our whole company, whichever department or branch you are dealing with. We aim to deliver this level of service for as long as you own your vehicle.
We are a private company and have been in business for over 25 years. Our reputation is therefore vital! We are always looking to improve our levels of service and recently embarked upon a cultural change programme where we coach ALL of our staff to deliver even higher standards. We call this our 100% satisfaction programme. When I looked at how we could offer customers better service – one of the areas which I felt was missing was what to do in times of discontent? Who do I speak to? Who is the manager? Who can help me? It was this thought that led us to be totally transparent and list all managers and key contacts with phone and email so you do not get passed from pillar to post. All our dealerships have these posters on display in key areas of our showrooms and of course available on the world wide web. All customers can now see who they need to contact. All our staff are accountable and all are challenged with – my name is and I can help you! I hope you find this approach refreshing and will enjoy transacting with us.
