Motor Vehicle Technician
Skilled motor technician is sought, an enthusiastic and motivated individual able to produce work to a high standard. Latest automotive technology with full ongoing manufacturer training with KIA motors UK.
Apprentice trained background required with recent experience in a qualified technician role. We are looking for someone to progress and become part of our team.
Good rates of pay, with an excellent working environment, geared to helping customers to get the very best service from their Kia vehicle.
KIA Service Advisor
Motor vehicle experience essential, City and Guilds qualification or equivalent an advantage but not essential as customer service skills, temperament and attention to detail are the most important skills and disposition required.
Busy after sales area, assisting customers booking appointments, checking vehicles in, booking out courtesy vehicles, collecting and delivering vehicles.
Functions of the role include: assisting with workshop loading and monitoring work progress, communicating confidently with customers regarding service work and pricing additional items, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer experience from start to finish.
Ensuring customer care, ease and comfort
Skill set must include good communication skills, enthusiastic and cheerful disposition, both telephone and face to face. Computer literate.
Kia training will be given to the successful candidate.
